Need-Based Worker Has No Legally Enforceable Right To Continue In The Service

The Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court while deciding a writ petition filed by the need-based workers seeking their continuation as casual labourers till such time a policy is framed by the government for the regularisation and their services be regularised,  has held that the need-based workers has no legally enforceable right to continue in the service once the employer decides that his services are not needed.
